Understand how the brain actually works, and learn how you can get the brain to work for you to help you accomplish your goals.
Step 2: Daily RHODE Map
Create a consistent routine that allows you to start and end your day by being the best version of yourself everyday.
Step 3: BRICCS™ Assessment
Gather information as to where you might be falling short with your mental training with a brief assessment, and identify ways to get yourself to the next level in your mind.
Step 4: Thought Management / TEAR™ Process
Learn how to manage your conscious thoughts using the Tear™ Process, and engage your subconscious in meaningful visualization exercises to meet your goals faster and more successfully.
Step 5: RHODE Blocks / RHODE Reset
Identify the barriers that come up and keep you from being your best version of yourself when you’re playing your sport, and identify a key phrase to help you bounce back quickly to maximize your performance.
Step 6: Prepare Yourself / BRAVR™ Technique
Practice time is vital. Learn to use the very popular tool, the BRAVR™ Technique, to get yourself in the right mindset within the first few minutes of practice.
Step 7: Are You RHODE Ready? Find Your Hype
Take charge, and effectively prepare for competition by developing your own pre-game routine that works for you.
Step 8: RHODE Reset Protocol
Get yourself out of your head and into the zone, by learning a quick and easy way to consistently recover when you make a mistake. Don’t let yourself stay in a negative mindset when it counts the most.
Step 9: Personal Press Conference / Next Level™
Want to continue to improve time and time again? Learn a simple approach to manage your emotions and effectively evaluate yourself after the competition.
Step 10: RHODE Reflection
Put it all together and let it sink in. You’ve just completed multiple steps towards improving your mental game. Now what? Allow yourself time to reflect on where you were at the beginning and see how far you’ve come.
With The Mini Game Plan, athletes will get an abbreviated version of The Game Plan from above.
Session 1 includes introductory information on how the brain works and why our thoughts matter, using the TEAR™ Process, in athletics and in life.
In Session 2, we will focus on a pre-practice routine called the BRAVR™ method, designed to help have a positive mindset while we work.
Session 3 is spent learning our hype level. This helps us know just how much energy we need before a game to perform at our best during the competition.
In Session 4, we will learn the RHODE Reset, a mistake ritual that helps us to rebound quickly when it counts.
And, in Session 5, we engage in a Personal Press Conference, so we can assess our performance in thoughtful way that leads to even better results the next time we compete.
